What each effect does
- Reverb adds the sound of a room. A larger room size gives a longer tail.
- Echo repeats the sound. Delay sets the gap and Repeats sets how many echoes you hear.
- Bass and treble boost or cut low and high frequencies.
- Speed plays faster or slower and changes pitch with it.
- Reverse plays the audio backwards.
Try a preset first, then adjust. Effects can raise the level, so the export is limited to avoid clipping. For cutting and joining songs use the Music Merger.
Frequently asked questions
How do I add reverb to a song?
Add your song, pick Concert hall or raise Reverb mix, press Play, and export when you like the result.
Why did the file get longer?
Reverb and echo ring out after the song ends, so the file is extended to keep the tail.
Does speed change pitch?
Yes, like a turntable. Slowing a song also lowers its pitch.
